In Greene County magistrate court a judgment was entered Oct. 24 against Allen George Smith of Grand Junction on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. Smith was fined $65 with a $22.75 surcharge and a $125 Law Enforcement Initiative surcharge. Court costs were $126.
Information is available since the return of arrest warrants of the following charges: Robert Christopher Jean Thoma Jr of Scranton, possession of drug paraphernalia; Shelby Lynn Thoma of Fort Dodge, theft- fifth degree.
Cases were initiated in magistrate court as follows: Katelynn Jean Fees of Jamaica, possession of drug paraphernalia; Travis Christopher Fincel of Grand Junction, possession of drug paraphernalia; and Amber Nicole Daniel of Scranton, theft- fifth degree.
